The essence of Ashtanga Vinyasa lies in its structured sequences of postures, each intricately linked to the breath. This dance of movement and respiration is the gateway to profound inner awareness and unity. Through breath control (pranayama), practitioners learn to steady the mind, achieving mental clarity and peace.


What to Expect:

  • Guided Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice

  • Sun salutations, powerful sequences, and deep stretches‍

  • Breath awareness and mindfulness flow

  • Sound bowl during breathwork and Savasana

  • Aromatherapy to promote breathing, focus and relaxation


Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this class is open to all levels.


TWO SESSIONS AVAILABLE:

Morning - 9am to 11am

Afternoon - 3pm to 5pm
